The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to make you aware of how we collect, use, and disclose the information we gather from users of RocketPost. This Privacy Policy applies only to information collected through RocketPost and not to information we collect offline. By using RocketPost, you signify your assent to our Privacy Policy. Personal Information. Certain users will choose to interact with RocketPost in ways that result in us gathering certain Personal Information (as defined below). For example, when you register as a user on RocketPost, you submit your name and email address, among other things. We also collect your user ID and password, which you create and provide to us as part of the registration process. The amount and type of information that we gather depends on the nature of the interaction and is always at the discretion of the user. We only collect information that we deem necessary or appropriate to fulfill the purpose of the user’s interaction with RocketPost. We use your Personal Information to create and manage your user account and provide the RocketPost service to you, including the publishing of your job advertisements to third-party website(s). We also use your Personal Information to respond to your inquiries and/or requests and to call or otherwise contact you about important information regarding RocketPost. Additionally, your Personal Information can be used to manage your customer relationship and provide you with customer support.

Occasionally, we may send you surveys and marketing communications that we believe may be of interest to you. We may use your Personal Information to personalize your experience on RocketPost including by presenting advertising/display content and services tailored to you. From time to time, we may also present you with advertisements tailored to you on certain third-party websites.

The use of Personal Information may also allow you to participate in sweepstakes, contests, and similar promotions and to administer these activities. RocketPost may include social media features from third-party social media websites.
