Once you get to the store for your haircut service, here's what we're doing to keep Clients and Team Members safe:

  • Stylists have completed enhanced training courses on cleaning, disinfection and sanitation.

Check In/Check Out

We'll say it again - Online Check In is the way to go to limit your wait time and your time spent in the store.

  • When you arrive at the store, please let a Stylist know you're there.
  • When opted in the text option in our Online Check app or web portal, the Client will receive a text reminder 15 minutes before the estimated arrival time - and a 1-minute text reminder noting your Stylist is ready now and you should enter the store.*
  • Consider contactless payment methods. Sport Clips accepts Apple Pay®, Google Pay™, Samsung Pay, as well as debit and credit cards with the contactless symbol.
